WHOLE WHEAT VEG MEDITERRANEAN WRAP
This wrap is made of whole wheat and hence more nutritious and has high fiber. Vegetables are vitamins and minerals packed and further add fiber to the wrap and thus aids in digestion. Paneer is high on proteins and calcium which helps build healthy bones and teeth. It also keeps you full for long and helps weight loss.
Mix paneer pieces, tomato, onion and black olives, salt, pepper and dash of lemon as per taste.
Make one roti and on it spread the fresh lettuce leaf .
Add the mixed paneer, roll and wrap it and grill it and eat it.
Fresh lemon juice - squeeze as per taste.
Whole wheat / multigrain roti - 1
Paneer small pieces-10-15gms
Onions - 1 small.
Tomato, finely chopped - 1 small
Black olives, finely chopped - 2 tbsp
Lettuce - 1 single leaf
Olive oil -1/2 tsp.
Salt & pepper - use minimum, to taste
