Watermelon berry juice has high water content, rich in vitamin C and lycopene, fiber, magnesium and potassium which keeps you hydrated, helps to lower blood pressure, reduce insulin level, improves digestion, and help flush out body toxins.
Method
In a juicer add watermelon, strawberry and water blend it together .soak sabza seeds in water.
In a glass add juice, soaked sabza seeds and enjoy.
For garnishing u can add mint leaves.
