"A great way to start off your day!! Mango Smoothies are a perfect as a breakfast smoothies, or as an anytime snacks". 

 One of the great things about using mango in smoothies is the refreshing tropical twist it adds. It’s also a super healthy choice that goes well with lots of other ingredients. Treat yourself to this yummy blend of mango, yoghurt and honey. 

 


Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for a couple of minutes until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
  3. You can add nuts or pudina on top for garnishing

Ingredients

Mango chunks – 1 cup

Yoghurt – ½ cup (low fat)

Cinnamon – ¼ tsp (ground)

Honey – 1 tsp

Lime juice – ¼ tsp

Ice cubes – ½ cup
