Rice apple kheer is perfect for weaning. It can also be consumed as desert by the adults which is nutrient pack and low in calorie. Apples are extremely rich in antioxidants, flavanoids and dietary fiber while milk is rich source of calcium and hence good for bones and teeth.
Method
Add rice to milk and cook for about 10 min stirring until creamy
Mean while peel the apple and cook with some water until soft and then blend it in the blender
Add apple puree to rice.
Serve in a bowl.

Apple peeled– 15gm/1 piece
Cooked rice -2 tbsp
Milk/water -1 cup
