RAGI COCOA PUDDING

A healthy treat to satisfy your chocolate desire. Since it contains cocoa powder your lil ones too would love to taste it.
This luscious pudding is made with super nutritious finger millet – RAGI. It contains healthy fats, complex carbs and proteins. It is made with easily available ingredients, and in no time you will have this rich, creamy, cocoa pudding. Give it a try, it is totally irrestible.
Method
- Take a bowl, add ragi flour, cocoa pd, little milk and mix well.
- Heat pan, add milk and cinnamon powder, add the above ragi mixture and cook till thickens.
- Add date paste, honey and stir well. Cook for 2-3 mins, till it mix well.
- Pour in a bowl and garnish with walnuts.
- Serve chilled.

- Milk – 150 ml
- Cocoa powder – 1tbsp
- Date paste – 1tbsp
- Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp
- Honey – 2 tsp
- Walnuts - 2 no
