Pasta Salad Thai Style
This Pasta salad is made from angel hair pasta which is very thin pasta and cooked in coconut milk which has many health benefits and help you lose weight. Coconut milk helps in digestion and relieves constipation. It helps manage blood pressure and control diabetes. It helps build muscles and burn fat and also prevents anaemia.
Method
- Boil 2 quarter of water in a vessel. And then put pasta and soak it until it is tender.
- Drain it and toss immediately with the 1-cup of coconut milk to prevent sticking.
- Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- It can be served hot as well as cold
Ingredients
Ounces angel hair pasta-4
Red cabbage, chopped-1 cup
Roasted peanuts, chopped - ¼ cup
Limejuice- ¼ cup
Red chilli powder-¼ tsp
Diluted coconut milk-1-cup
Soy sauce1-tbsp
Ground ginger - ¼ tsp
Green onions, chopped -¼ cup
Garlic powder-¼ tsp
Lemon peel seasoning- ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
