Nutritious salad as name suggest is a healthy and full of nutritious proteins and a low calorie salad. It is good for blood pressure, heart disease, wightloss . Each and every ingredient is full of fiber, protein, vitamins and nutrients.
The sweet and sour strawberries with onion and avocado is one of favourite combos ever. You can always opt out raspberries or blueberries for the strawberries. Grilled chicken,spinach and avocado gives a delicious taste to the salad and healthy to eat.
- Take a bowl add the olive oil, vinegar, honey, saunf, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper in a bowl until mixed.
- Place the boneless chicken in a shallow bowl and cover with half of the dressing, cover and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Discard the remaining marinate.
- Take a grill pan or 12-inch non-stick pan and spray cooking oil heat to medium high. Place the chicken on the hot grill pan. Cook for 3 minutes then flip the chicken. Cook for another 3 minutes, and turn.
- Reduce the cooking temperature to medium low and cook the chicken for 20-25 minutes more, turning every 5 minutes or so.
- Cook until the chicken softs. Off the flame and take the chicken on a plate and rest for 5 mins then slice it into ¼ inches.
- Arrange the spinach, strawberries and onion in a bowl. Lightly toss with the remaining dressing. Add the avocado, sliced chicken and top with almond slices. Serve immediately.

- Almonds – 5 gms (sliced)
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Onion – 50 gms (chopped/sliced)

- Honey – ½ tsp
- Fennel seeds(saunf) – ½ tsp
- Kosher salt(black salt) -1 pinch
