A low calorie snack which can be relished by all without feeling guilty about it being unhealthy. This snack is absolutely delicious, contains very few calories and can satiate your hunger any time of the day.


Method

  1. Break khakra into small pieces.
  2. Add scrumbled paneer, cucumber, onion, tomato .
  3. Squeeze lemon, add green chutney, chat masala, salt and mix well.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander, pomegranate and sev.

 

Ingredients

Multigrain khakra – 1 no

Paneer – 20 gms (low fat scrumbled)

Cucumber – 30 gms (chopped)

Onion – 20 gms (chopped)

Tomato – 20 gms (chopped)

Pomegranate – 20 gms

Green chutney – 1 tbsp

Lemon – 1 small

Chat masala – ¼ tsp

Coriander leaves – few for garnishing

Sev – a pinch for garnishing

Salt to taste
