Smoothies play a great role in pre & post workout. Perfect for the meal that is not too heavy if you needed for the empty stomach. Loaded with Greek yogurt for the recovery of post work out. Smoothies are also an excellent way to deliver energy and protein to the body. keto smoothies are easy, delicious & nutritious as they are high in energy and proteins.


Method

  1. Take a blender, add all the ingredients and ice cubes in the blender.
  2. Blend all the ingredients until blended smoothly.
  3. Transfer in a glass, garnish with some flax seeds and blackberries.
  4. Serve chilled.

Ingredients

  • Spinach – 30 gms
  • Blackberries – 30 gms
  • Greek yogurt – 30 gms
  • Flax seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Cinnamon – ¼ tsp
  • Vanilla essence – 2-3 drops
  • Ice – 5-6 cubes
