Kale happens to thrive in cooler weather and it is powerful antioxidant packed food. It is also rich in vitamins ad fibers. Just 1 cup of kale fulfils the daily recommended intake for vitamin A,C and K. it helps in increasing immunity in cold weather and keeps cold and dry cough at bay. It helps to boost energy levels in every season especially in winter.


Method

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and make a soft dough with little water& yoghurt.
  2. With the help of little oil, shape this to one & half inch thick rolls or dumplings.
  3. In a nonstick pan heat oil and shallow fry.
  4. Serve hot with green chutney. 

Ingredients

  • Jowar flour – 10 gms
  • Nachani flour – 10 gms
  • Gram flour –10 gms
  • Kale – 25 gms (washed and chopped)
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Powdered jaggery – ½ tsp
  • Red chili paste – ¼ tsp
  • Ginger paste – ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
  • Yoghurt – 1 tbsp (15 gms)
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste.
