This lactation granula  bar recipe is PACKED full of healthy choices of herbs abd ingredients which could help stimulate your breast milk supply, so you can munch on these without any guilt. These milk boosting bars are lightly sweetened with honey, pack a nutritional punch and will help fill the seemingly bottomless pit that is your nursing appetite. So these are the main ingredients in it:-

Oats:-Oats are one of the most well-known foods to increase breast milk production. They are also easy to eat, high in fiber and filling.

Almonds

Almonds (and other nuts) are filled with healthy fats and amino acids that your body craves when you’re making milk for your baby. This recipe uses Almond flour instead of white flour for an added boost of healthy nutrients.

Flax seeds:- Flaxseeds or flax meal contain essential fatty acids and a good amount o fibre that give your milk supply a boost.


Method

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Batter will be crumbly but should be wet
  4. Add chocolate chips
  5. Pour into prepared pan and press into pan
  6. Bake at 350 C for 25 minutes or until golden

Almond flour:-  ½  cup

Hemp seeds:- few

Salt:- a pinch

Cinnamon:- ½ tsp

Brewers yeast:- 2  ½  tbsp

Coconut oil melted:- 2 tbsp

Honey:- 2 tbsp

Vanilla:- ½ tsp

Egg:- 1

Chocolate chips:- ¼ cup (optional)
