Strawberries and kiwifruit are both excellent sources of the life-giving nutrients we need for our healthful life. So do we have to choose between the two fruits? Not actually…we can have both at the same time.
The strawberries and kiwifruit has a very high amount of antioxidant vitamins C, E and A. kiwis and strawberries are also high in fiber, which makes this a useful blend to lower cholesterol levels, plus the high levels of antioxidants make this a cancer fighting powerhouse.
1.Combine all the ingredients i.e. frozen strawberry, sliced kiwi, yogurt and honey in a blender.
2.Blend the mixture until its blended thoroughly.
3.Transfer it in a square or rectangle shaped dish.
4.Freeze it for 2 hours.
5.After 2 hours remove it, serve and enjoy.

- Honey – 1 ½ tsp
