Corn Paneer pulao is a simple, elegant and flavorful meal recipe. You can use fresh sweet corn or frozen sweet corn for this which is a hgh calorie food which actually will help yoou to gain weight. It is easy to make and perfect to use with any rice. Any gravy recipe is fine to go with this or it goes perfectly well with curd. It is great for kid’s lunch box. When you have some get together or party, it is the best option to do this.


Method

  • Wash and soak the rice for about 10 mins.
  • In a non - stick pan, heat 1 and 1/2 tsp of ghee, add all the whole spices and saute well. After couple of minutes add onions, chilies, ginger garlic paste. Saute till the onions turn golden brown.
  • Now add the corns, vegetables, add water and let it simmer for 5 mins, after adding salt. This will get the vegetables cook faster.
  • In another pan, take ½ tsp of ghee, add paneer cubes and saute it for a while.
  • Drain the rice and add the rice to the pan and the sauted paneer and Mix well. Add water and cover with lid. Simmer for 10 mins, the rice is done.

Rice – 30 g

Sweet corn Kernel – 30gms

Paneer – 20 gms

Carrot – 15gms

French Beans – 15 gms

Onion – 1 small

Tomatoes – 15 gms

Ginger Garlic paste – ¼ tsp

Cloves – 2-3

Bay leaf – 1

Cardamom – 1

Cinnamon – 1

Green chillies – 2

Water – 1 cup

Salt – As per taste

Ghee – 2 tsp
