Looking for an delicious and healthy evening snack???

Here it is corn with veggies salad with high fibre and low calorie and cooked in few minutes.

Corns are rich in vitamins and minerals. They are good souce of vitamin A which is good for vision

Corns are also good for diseases like heart, diabetes, blood pressure.


Method

1.Take a vessel take some water and boil it.

2. Keep strainer at vessel put corn in strainer steam for 10 minutes.

3. Remove the corn from the strainer.

4. Cool the corn in a bowl add the ingredients.

5.Add chopped capsicum, tomatoes, cucumber and add spices and lemon juice.

6. Mix it well and serve it immediately.

Ingredients

Corn -  30 gms(steamed),

Capsicum - 30 gms,(chopped)

Tomatoes - 1 medium(chopped),

Cucumber - 1/2 chopped,

Red pepper - 1/2 tsp,

Black pepper - 1/2 tsp,

lime juice - 1tsp

Salt as per taste,
